I could not be happier with my screened porch addition. The Synergy Outdoor team was great to work with. Their expertise in design and construction as well as their craftsmanship, attention to detail and professionalism is unparalleled.
Of course, nobody's perfect, and there were glitches during the job, but they handled everything professionally. It came down to their expertise and I was very impressed with their ability to handle tough situations.
They are very customer service oriented and kept me apprised of what they were doing through progress reports. Of course, I expected a certain amount of disruption, but they kept it really low. They also kept the site clean as they worked.
They definitely know what they're doing. They are experienced and know how the building codes work and are able to deal with the unexpected things that come up on jobs like this. It's a smaller company, and your're working directly with the group. I felt like I had a direct line to them at all times. They are qualified and competent and that's what you're looking for in a company!
