I love Lili Bridal. Lisa (the owner) and Sonja (the seamstress) are top notch. They are professional, warm, inviting and personable. They are focused on customer service and making each bride (and her family and friends) feel comfortable. I got my dress there for my May 2008 wedding. They helped to make me feel beautiful on my special day. They also helped me avoid what could have been a huge disaster...The day of my first dress fitting I wore a brand new pink top to work. That evening, at my first fitting, I put on my dress and was feeling like a princess. When I finished my fitting and took off my dress I realized that the top I wore all day (from Nordstrom) had dyed my skin pink and it stained my wedding dress! Lisa and Sonja worked quickly and took my dress to Encino Dry Cleaners (amazing, by the way) and thankfully the pink dye came out of my dress. They took care of it for me and I didn't have to worry about a thing. They emaile dand called me and made sure that I was updated on the progress of my dress. They are so wonderful! \r
(By the way - Nordstrom was wonderful too and they paid for the dry cleaning and were willing to buy me a new wedding dress if the dye didn't come out...but it did!). \r

I highly recommend that brides check out Lili Bridal for beautiful, elegant, classy and affordable dresses and impeccable customer service. They have amazing evening gowns for the bridal party, too.
