I can't believe these previous reviews. Yes I got in the next day. No appointments, your pet stays there all day and gets stressed out. I got my cat there first thing because I was afraid of that. I wanted a full cut so his hair was the length as on his head, knots cut out of chest, and his nails clipped. They were done with him in 45 min. I paid them. Took my cat home and looked at him. I don't know what I got for $40.00, he was BUTCHERED, nails NOT cut, knots NOT removed. I am very disappointed. NO THEY ARE NOT 10 TIMES BETTER THAN PREVIOUS OWN. She was a jewel and very proud of her work and took her time with the pets. Oh ya, I was quoted three different price from the time I called in to the time I went back to rectify. Sorry Pets on a Cloud, you don't pass my standards.
