Review content:
First to start it all out I drive up and the guy comes out to get my information. After wiping his finger across my wiper blades he told me I could get a great package today that would include new wiper blades.... About a month ago I had just installed new Rain-X wiper blades by myself....there was no need for new blades, and he knew. After calling him on it he just tried to press forward into selling me on a different package. I should have taken that as a sign. After get the high mileage package my oil change came to be 55 dollars.... for an oil change. Granted I have a big truck... still. He handed me the invoice after paying giving me a coupon for a 18 dollar oil change next time. Well I remembered I had a coupon from my last oil change with them and inquired as if I could get the invoice amended and a possible refund to my credit card for the difference, after paying so much. They refused to give me it, and told me he asked me in the beginning if I had any coupons. After consulting with my wife in which was at the car with me at the same time. Turns out I guess that in the beginning of the transaction when I first pulled up he asked me if I was a return customer, and then murmured if I had any coupons.... I didn't hear that part. None the less they refused to amend the transaction and sent one un happy customer on his way. I will refuse to ever visit another one of these locations. They were honest and gave me no sale pressure to upgrade me.... Sorely disappointed, that they were so hesitant to please a customer.
Pros: Quick.... but that was all
Cons: High pressure sales, not an enviroment for an uneducated person on vehicles.... just a plain ripoff
