Our team has been working with Emerald Escrow for the past 11 years, and we have probably closed over the years about 300 transactions together. THEY ARE A TOP NOTCH COMPANY, and I recommend you use their services. \r

We have closed all types of transactions with them, buyer side, seller side, REO’s, & Short Sales. Our Standard Clients would return to allow them to handle their refinance, and loved their services. The buyers & sellers were always put first, and any questions they had Emerald was quick to get them an answer. They took the time with our clients when it was needed, and went above and beyond their duties MANY times. \r

With the change in the market, our primary business is now REO and Emerald handles at least 20% of our inventory. It takes a certain escrow TEAM to understand the complex nature of a REO sale, and Emerald has this down packed. I know what they need from me from the beginning and I ensure I communicate with them, and they in turn communicate with me. It’s rare to have communication from an escrow company that handles REO closings, as they are slammed and communicating with agents are not on the top of their list. With Emerald Escrow each closing is important, and they do everything humanly possible to ensure a smooth closing, but when hurdles are thrown their way they JUMP to get it done.
