Jr and his crew did the pest work on my house when it closed escrow. They did such terrible work.
They hid most if their shoddy work but as I started looking into it I started to find all the shortcuts. Hinges that were for a door half its size, fascia boards that didnt continue up to the roofline but were cleverly disguised by extra long flashing bent down to cover it, major support beams that twisted over 1 inch in opposite directions, gutters that were taken down to repair beams were never properly replaced and caused more damage.
All this under the owners ""watchful eye"". Dont let him fool you with his smooth talk and knowledge of construction. He is there to take the most amount of shortcuts so he can pocket more cash.
The moment I called him out on these problems he showed up and assured me he would take care of it. Only the work never happened. He skipped town and never did the work .
I ran into him last week in town in his work truck. When I asked him to complete the promised repairs he assured me he would and even came out to assess the job and make an appointment to start work.............NEVER HAPPENED
Do not trust this man or his company.
