Review content:
If you like pay for something waste your time and be treated terrible then this is the place to go. I had a radio installed by Hammer Electronics and there have been some problems. First they advised it would take an hour if there by 9:00am. Not true it took four hours and every hour they would say it will be about a half hour more. The lights dim when the radio is turned on, there is a popping noise when you turn it on as well. The best is it is satellite radio and there is static, noise and no real reception not to mention they messed up the original radio in the car. When calling to have them take a look at the problem they advised it's the radio not their work. Because the radio was bought direct and not through them they did not want to check their wiring job. Then the owner Andy Lawkins who answered the call was yelling the whole time and said well if they look at it they will charge, this of course is after they received $81.00 to install, it kept the extra parts it came with and sucked up 4 hours of the day. Hammer Electronics does not work with you at all and when asked why he treats his customers/consumers this way his response is he hung up. BEWARE if you don't want electical problems with your car and actually have to pay to have them I would recommend staying away from the business. Cons: Too many to write
