Review content:
I've called other contractors and they've been very expensive. After my basement was flooded, I spoke to a plumber who was charging me what I thought was an excessive amount. And, once I hired Tony Flagg Builders, Tony spoke to the same plumber and he gave Tony a reduced price. It seems that contractors know each other and can get better rates because of it.
The time he worked in my basement was just one job. He has also re-roofed my house, changed the windows and the framing, did the steps for me, and even redid one of my upstairs rooms. He also had to redo a window and framing for it after a tree fell and damaged it. Every job he has done for me has been great.
The thing I like most about Tony is that he cares about his customers. For example, I have a cape cottage and there have been projects that I have thought about doing and Tony has given me honest suggestions and tells me what is necessary and what is not. Instead of simply moving ahead with the project and taking my money, he lets me know what would destroy the character of the house.
