This established cooperative preschool, the only one of it's kind in Bloomington-Normal, has offered my son a very nurturing, caring learning environment for the past 2 years. We visited several preschools before deciding on this one, and we felt instantly at home here. The cooperative environment has been so beneficial to both my son and I. Parents are able to be involved in the classroom and the teachers give regular feedback, support and encouragement. I've seen my child grow in all educational aspects, as the teachers expose them to science, language, reading, math, art...very well-rounded. The teachers also foster their emotional and social growth through helping and guiding them with relationships with others and how to express their feelings. I feel like my child will definitely be ready for elementary school and be ahead of the game due to his time spent at A Child's View.
