Hired All Phase to repair/replace a portion of a flatroof, repair/replace the underlying joists, replace drywall, replace fencing and siding. Initially upon completion, I was satisfied with the work although they did not replace the siding as I specified originally. Instead they placed new siding over on top of the existing siding. This upset me a little as they made this change without consulting me to see if I approved of the change. Visually, the result was not as clean as it would have been if done as I originally specified. The joist replacement and drywall work looked good. The roof work looked good but I had to keep after them to fix a water ponding problem and initial leaks in the work. Caulking work did not hold up and I had to redo that work myself as they did not respond to my repeated calls to fix their work. Also, they installed a fence on the roof patio and the installation was faulty and I had to remedy the work myself as they did not respond to repeated calls to fix their work. Also, they failed to return the keys to the building forcing me to spend time & money to replace the locks. After filing a complaint with the a consumer organization (of which they were a member and this site does not allow me to name), they were suspended for failing to address my complaint.
Overall, I would not hire them again. Because of the problems I encountered in the work that was visible to me, I am now worried about the work that is not visible to me, i.e., the joist replacements that are now covered up.
Pros: Pricing/performance ratio
