Review content:
This franchise needs to go back for training. Namely, Customer Service 101. They could write the tutorial on "How not to give good service." Sad too, cuz most folks just want a donut and a drink. Unfortunately this franchise is so wrapped up in their own issues (I had to wait 5 minutes while the manager and another employee watched an employee use the register). When the lady in front of me asked for assistance so her 3-year old could pick out the donut, the two remaining service folks just stood there. Neither even attempted to help her, turn around and point, or even acknowledge her. The only other customer was myself. I wish I could say that the mouth-watering donuts made up for it, but sadly, they were stale and poorly frosted.
