My first impression was a very cute and quaint ice cream shop. After just a few minutes of being inside Cups and Cones, I realized it is way more then just an ice cream shop. It is a staple in the Lakeside community serving its residents since 1997. There are regulars who come in every day to discuss the local and national topics over a hot, fresh cup of coffee. Brian the owner, has a laugh that matches his bright eyes that can lighten up the darkest room. He is a true pleasure to speak with and uses his distinct laugh naturally and frequently. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and comfortable. \r
I was surprised by the delicious selection of gourmet coffee to go with the ice cream.
