Review content:
Linguini's is a small place that does take out and sit down but the kitchen and counter are right in your face so if you sit down there's a lot of noise a lot of yelling and you walk out with the smell of food all over you.The pizza looked and smelled, awesome so we ordered it. Sadly it was not nearly as good as it looked and I swear that after the first piece, which I gobbled because I was hungry, it tasted like some one took a salt shaker and just went crazy. It wasn't crowded when I got there but after 20 minutes there was a line out the door and unless their other dishes are a heck of lot better than the pizza....then I don't know why all those people would wait in the cold! We ate, paid our bill, tipped the waitress very well and stayed to finish our soda and chat. We got dirty looks from all the staff and the people at the door. Finally the waitress asked us to leave because other people wanted to eat. She asked nicely, but I've never been asked to leave a restaurant before. Anyway after I'd been home a little while my mouth started to feel like the skin was puckering inside and I was dying of thirst. My mouth felt like the Arizona desert! I spent the rest of the weekend drinking water, juice, soda, milk anything I could get my hands on. But what bothered me the most was the nasty looks we got from the people who worked there. They were making faces to each other like we should know it's time to get out. It was very rude and pretty arrogant for people whose food makes what I give my cats look good. \r
I would not recommend this place at all. The pizza looks great but salt is not a substitute for real flavor. \r
