I chose Dr. Fligor (A New 32) after researching several area dentists and visiting four other offices. I couldn't be happier with my choice. It is evident from the effort that has gone into everything about this practice, from the design and decor, to the equipment and creature comforts, to the professional and welcoming staff, that patient comfort and care is a top priority here. What is more, the personal attention provided each patient is far beyond anything I ever expected, and better than anything I have experienced at any other dental office. It is one thing to offer wi-fi in the lobby or movies during procedures, but it is quite another to visit an office where the dentist personally greets you in the lobby, takes time to sit with you and discuss your dental concerns and/or goals and goes out of his way to ensure your satisfaction with the care given (including personal follow-up calls to check on patients after procedures). Dr. Fligor and is staff do everything possible to accommodate their patients, even when it means extra work you would not typically consider within their job descriptions. A New 32 is truly a place where the patient feels welcomed, valued and well-cared for. One visit and you will understand what a great feeling that is - and you will never want to go anywhere else.
