Rob Prunin swindled hundreds of dollars from my family. After receiving approval from our neighbors across the street, my husband hired Rob Prunin of Prunin Arboriculture and Maintenance to trim the 15 trees that were blocking our ocean view. He scheduled this on my birthday, so that when I came home he could surprise me with the view. Prunin's quote came in significantly higher than 2 other tree trimming services, but the other tree maintenance did not have availability for months, so my husband spent extra to try to make my birthday special. My husband left the check on the front door while we were out. When we returned, 2 of the trees were trimmed but only about a foot off the tops of each. The check was gone & had been cashed. Rob Prunin never came back to finish the job that he said he would. Rob wold not answer my husbands phone calls for weeks. When I called him he cussed at me on the phone and made many erratic comments. I do not think this company even deserves one star, but I was required to select at least one. Horrible business, horrible man.
