I had a part go on my furnace. The owner and a technician came out to look at it and charged $75 for the service call. The owner told me the replacement part would be about $200 and they had to order it but that the $75 would go toward that because they were unable to fix it on that call. A few days later the owner called and he tried to sell me a new furnace he said the part would be another $100 on top of what he orignally quoted. \r
I said no, just install the part. They ended up more than tripling the cost of the part and charging me for another service call. It took more than a week to get fixed and they had to come back several times, once to return the furnace cover which they had taken with them the first time they came out. Although the technician was a very nice guy, very courteous, the owner is dishonest.
