Review content:
We went to this printer to have the addresses printed on our wedding invitations. We emailed Jeff (president) the simple excel spreadsheet to complete the mail merge for the envelopes. Jeff didn't check his work and missed an entire column for the mail merge which was the title section (Mr. & Mrs.)... He printed the entire 150 envelope set with this mistake. When we went to pick them up, we realized the error and he ran them back through the printer. After demanding my money back for the printing and asking him to pay for the replacement envelopes he took my name and number and said he would see what he could do... He has yet to return any calls or provide any service recovery for his mistake. I would not recommend this company for even the simplest jobs.
