So here's the scenario: It's pouring rain, my friend, of whom I havent seen in months, and I want to get pedicures. I call the place and ask if they can accommodate for two people at 1:30. They said, ""Yes, yes not a problem."" Perhaps this was partly our own doing, but we got there late -- 1:45. The staff is very friendly and they have to be commended for that, however, we came in for pedicures, hoping to get to relax at least a little. We received the most rushed service and worst pedicures. When we got there the woman was doing someone's pedicure and we were next in line. There were only two other artists there -- both doing manicures/nails. Not only did we not receive much attention because the woman kept getting distracted by her husband and dog, but midway through my friend's pedicure there were two more women who were waiting. My friend's pedicure was less than 15 minutes. Mine was a little longer because she had to remove my nail polish. We could tell the person doing our pedicures (she was the ONLY one) was stressed out and trying to accommodate everyone, but this created a little tension in the room. This is not fair to us, the customers, or the person doing the pedicure. The woman started doing my pedicure and quickly rushed my friend off the massage chair because someone else was waiting to sit there. This is unbelievably upsetting and made us both really angry. After she was doing with my pedicure, she literally ripped my purse up and escorted me off the massage chair, onto the chairs to dry my toes. My toes had received the worst pedicure ever. There was nail polish everywhere and I sat there and picked it off, trying to salvage it. I could have done a better job myself, had I just stayed at home and SAVED MY MONEY. The question -- can you accommodate two pedicures -- was answered incorrectly. They CAN NOT. I will never EVER come here again, nor will I ever recommend this place to a friend. Perhaps if you know the owner the service is much better, but they're taking on way more than they can possibly handle.
