Went to his store after finding it on the internet and checking to make sure if they had the machine I had researched. It was a childs machine for a bday present for my daughter. The lady who was called to the front to help me shortly after I arrived quickly got me the machine and also helped me with all the accessories she would need when I asked for them. I thought the help was great and knowledgeable and supply of inventory was amazing. I think that those who may have had a negative experience dont realize that you may have to wait a little while for someone to be able to help you-that way everyone gets full service. That is how it works in a real mom/pop shop, I should know my mom has had a retail clothing business for 30 years. I recommend this store highly, just not if you are in a hurry or a time waster
