We are taking the time to let you know how much we appreciate the exceptional customer service that Ryan Wagner has provided our family during the recent re-finance process of our home loan. His in-depth knowledge of the various options that met our individual needs, the quality time that he spent with us during the decision making process, outstanding follow up and all of our concerns addressed accurately and timely along with his professionalism are the primary reasons that we felt it important to bring our feedback of our experience with Paramount Equity to your attention.\r

We had other companies solicit us for our business. However, it was and is customer service like Ryan’s that kept us doing business with Paramount and we will refer others to do the same!\r
