I used Johnny to replace a bottom liner on an oven. I had baked aluminum foil onto the bottom of the oven and had the replacement part from Sears. Johnny had to almost completely dismantle the exterior pieces to get at the part and it was not easy. All through the process he kept me informed as to the probability of being able to complete the job and gave me the option of bailing out and closing up the oven. He remained positive about the outcome, and at the end of two hours had it completed.
