Larry said my rear brakes needed to be replaced, that it was ""metal on metal"" and the rotors had ""gouges"" in them, also needing to be replaced. My boyfriend and I opted to change out the pads and rotors ourselves. THE PADS WEREN'T EVEN 50% WORN! When confronted about his lie, he never apologized. He didn't seem to think that there was anything wrong with lying to acquire more work. We will never return.
