Review content:
My daughter dropped her car off for service because one of the back power \r
windows wouldn't work. When the ""technician"" pulled her car into the garage and \r
tried the switch it worked, so they did nothing more with the car. The service \r
manager even admitted they didn't even spend 2 minutes looking for the source of \r
the problem, not even 2 minutes, and yet we had to pay $75 to get her car back. \r
If they had even spent 15 or 20 minutes to make sure that a wire wasn't loose or \r
pinched or *something*, anything, to try and figure out what was wrong, I \r
wouldn't have a problem with being charged, but they admitted they didn't do a \r
single thing, not one single thing, and yet charged us anyway.
Cons: Charged For Doing NOTHING and Admitted It
