FIRST AND FOREMOST THEY DO NOT DESERVE A RATING OF EVEN 1. THEY ARE BELOW DIRT TO ME. WE WENT TO BUY A CAR THAT WE HAS IN MIND AFTER SEEING THEIR POSTING AND PRICE ONLINE WHICH OF COURSE WAS NOT IN THEIR INVENTORY. THEY HAD OTHER CARS THAT WERE OK WE DECIDED IN THIS ONE VEHICLE WHICH WE REALLY LIKED. FIRST TRY WE DID NOT LIKE WHAT THEY HAD TO OFFER. AFTER BEING THERE MORE THAN 4 HRS THEY FINALLY CONVINCED US AND TOLD US EVERYTHING HAD BEEN APPROVED AND TOLD US WHAT WE WANTED TO HEAR. I ASKED THE MANAGER JESUS GOMEZ IF HE WAS SURE THAT IT WAS APPROVED BECAUSE WE DIDN'T WANT TO RECEIVE A PHONE CALL IN 3 DAYS TELLING US DIFFERENT. SURE ENOUGH THIS LIAR JESUS GOMEZ HAS HIS SALESMAN CALLS MY HUSBAND THREE DAYS LATER THAT THEY NEEDED TO TALK TO HIM IN PERSON. I CALLED AND JESUS GOMEZ TOLD ME IT WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING AND HE WAS TAKING CARE OF IT. WHEN MY HUSBAND ARRIVES THEY STATED THAT THE BANK NEEDED MORE MONEY DOWN IF NOT WE NEED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER CAR. IT GOT SO ESCALATED I HAD TO CALL THE COPS BECAUSE MR.TOUGH GUY (JESUS GOMEZ) GOT IN MY HUSBANDS FACE AND THOUGHT HE COULD GET AWAY WITH HIS LIES. WELL SORRY BECAUSE THIS IS GOING TO THE STATE ATTORNEYS OFFICE, CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND NEWS. I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW MUCH OF A SCAM AND LIARS THEY ARE.
