I have a different experience from the one that Ms. Hawpe must have written herself.\r
I have tried on several occassions to get an appointment scheduled with Ms. Hawpe or one of her associates. Many times I have gotten as far as the appoinment being made only to be called the day of my appointment (this has happened 3 times) and asked to reschedule because Ms. Hawpe had ""a family emergency"". Seems to me that this office needs to counsel themselves on patient services first. Also check your billing, I have been billed for appointments that I had to reschedule and when I did get in to see Ms. Hawpe on those reschedules, I only spent 10-20 minutes with her and was billed full 1 hour sessions.\r
I have spoke with several other patients in the office and the feelings have been mutual. Find another therapist.
