I am sure that this will not decrease their services, but they are truly awful people. I can completely understand them towing for parking violations and even as contracted by different businesses, however, looking for reasons to tow someone from their home for something minor like not having a tag is ridiculous!!!! Then having no understanding or even giving a reduced rate when a tag for said vehicle was produced is just mean! We got the vehicle after hours on Wednesday and got the tag as soon as the tag office opened up on Thursday and still were towed. When the situation was explained they pretended to call someone to see if they could ""help"" with the fee and came back and said ""they"" couldnt do anything about it. WHATEVER!!!!!
