I was skimming over places to get a new set of sunglasses and this place kept popping up on the top of search engines and had some good reviews and two bad ones. It seems though the two bad ones where from the same person. The person said ""other reviews complained of broken frames"" but the only other one was posted on the same day. Must be the same irate person. They also said the hour glass was a c- ranking by the BBB, so I investigated this more reliable source. I found that it has a c+, but only due to insufficient information or no knowledge to make an informed judgement so they issued it the default c+. I decided to stop by along with a sporting goods store and another optical. I must say the hour glass experience was great they treated me a college student like a young professional. Once I walked in the door I was greeted and asked how I could be helped, which was a change from the other 2 places. One place i had to wait five minutes just to get someone to open a case for me. The selection at the Hour Glass was amazing along with the service. I don't know what happened to the reviewer with broken frames but you can't buy a Kia and expect for Toyota to work on it especially to keep Kia's warranty in tack. Maybe their frames were very worn or cheaply purchased at like a wal mart optical, that a higher end retailer wouldn't sell. I don't know. I do know though I had great service, and great new shades. I even caught them on a great deal during a special. Thank you hour glass!
