We listened to your views on what you wanted changed and apologized for your disappointment with the cake. It is our policy to fix the cake once and then if the customer is not happy then we give them an option to take the cake or leave the cake., We agreed to re-do the cake with your permission. While we were re-doing your cake, you called and canceled the cake and without hesitation we gave you a full refund...We were very sad that you did not like your cake but we did our best to make you happy .We hope your child has a happy and healthy year.
