I have to say that it is a good thing I wasn't asked to write this ""short"" testimonial the day after the wedding-otherwise I would have gone on and on, page after page after page, gushing the whole time about our wonderful experience with John and Lisa.\r \r It wasn't until the day of my wedding that I realized how important the selection of a photographer really is, especially in our case. I say that because our wedding was at noon, the reception wasn't until 6:00pm, and we spent almost all the time in between with John and Lisa. Let me tell you, if you aren't getting along with your photographer, that can really ruin your special day. Lucky for us, Brad and I got along famously with John and Lisa, and I don't think we could have had a better time. Even though it was the beginning of July and most of our pictures were taken outside and the groom was sweating and my dress kept sticking to my legs because it was so hot, I would do it all again in a heartbeat. In fact, there have been several times since that I wish I could! (And it's only been three weeks!)\r \r John and Lisa were professional, personable, efficient, fun and open to our suggestions for poses. I really felt like they wanted to get the best pictures they could for us, so we would truly love our pictures and always be able to look back on that day with happy memories, as opposed to just getting the shot and rushing you on to the next pose. You would think after shooting so many weddings it would be ""just another job"" to them, but I never got that feeling, and it really seemed like they were enjoying themselves, too.\r \r I love how quick we were able to get our pictures, and can't begin to tell you how many times I have looked at them in the short week I have had the proof book. Just from looking at the pictures (even people who weren't at the wedding), I have had numerous people tell me ""You had great photographer,"" like I didn't already know that! I have recommended John & Lisa to everyone who asks anything about my wedding. They helped make our day amazing-better than I had hoped for- and I can't wait for our one year engagement shots!\r \r
