I was impressed with your service, the communication, professionalism of the driver and quality/cleanliness of the car.\r
But with that I feel I must tell you that your contract's come off a bit jumbled. There are many different sizes of fonts and sizes of spaces and indentions, etc. that the contract was hard to read and understand. I LIKE to think of myself as a very intelligent person...but hey, we all have our days. :) I'm just wanting to help - I thought you guys were great and will recommend you and will very likely use you guys again.\r
I had to sign and fax so many contracts for what seemed like the same thing (I think I just didnt know where to look for any changes and maybe didnt take the time to find them) but that was a little daunting and because they all said within 24 hours or something too.\r
