Thank you for sending me the survey! I've been anxious to tell you how wonderful my daughter's ""limo"" birthday party worked out. \r

The chauffer, Ernie, arrived on time and was completely prepared for 20 thirteen year-olds. When our original plans to view the Celebration of Lights fell through he helped us come up with suggestions of other places to go and was extremely good with the kids. Needless to say they were excited about the experience and this meant an extremely loud ride for Ernie. He never complained about the noise and when he needed to ask someone to close a window or door he did so in a calm professional manner. \r

The limousine was clean, had a great sound system, and the kids enjoyed the party lights. Everyone had a wonderful experience! My only recommendation would be to reduce the minimum reservation time from four hours to three. This way everyone still enjoys the thrill of riding in the limo but the party cost isn't quite as high. \r
