Good afternoon, Carrie: We would certainly use you all again. As you know we got your name from our mailman, Steve. He is a wonderful man and it is no surprise the company he works for is like he is. Bill was a very pleasant man and meeting us at 3:00 am speaks for his commitment.\r
Email on a boat is just plain bad and that is how it was on the Disney boat. After I got the first message to you, it was the last time I was able to log on. The plane trip back was a mess. I would have accepted it if the car pickup had been a failure as well. As it turns out the only thing that didn't fail was the car. Thanks for your effort. Rick Hugus
