I worked with Billy and Mike from AAMCO of Charlotte. First, I spoke with Billy, and he took the time out of his schedule to really explain the entire process of what rebuilding my transmission would entail. It didn't feel like I was talking to a shady mechanic. He gave his honest opinion, which I truly appreciated, because it made me feel comfortable making the decision to let them fix my car.
Mike was just as good as Billy, and he went even further into detail about the issues I had with the repair. He took time out and fixed the issue I was having. I have no complaints or problems with them. They have my business for life. I would highly recommend them.
