Review content:
I am sorry you had an unfortunate experience at our office. You initially came into the office for tooth pain in the upper left region. A radiograph was taken and both tooth #'s 14 and 15 were badly decayed. You told me that you only wanted to do one tooth so I restored #14 knowing that you would most likely need root canal therapy. You were informed of my findings and left the office without incident. The following day you returned to the office telling people in the waiting area that I ""filled"" the wrong tooth and demanded to be seen. When I attempted to discuss your condition you began screaming at me asking me ""What's your name?"" over and over. At this point, I left the room to get the office mangager to witness your behavior. We had to ask you to leave the office because of your unstable behavior and almost had to call the police to escort you off the property.\r \r
