Review content:
I hired A & B Movers to move my two-bedroom apartment. I scheduled my appointment with an arrival time between 2 and 4pm, because I was not able to pick my keys up to my new place until 1pm. A & B Movers called me at 3pm apologizing and letting me know that the crew that was assigned to my job would be running late due to the job they were on before mine and they would be in contact with me on a time they would be arriving. I thought to myself oh no I would not be moved until real late. They surprised me and called me at 4pm letting me know my crew would be arriving at 4:30pm. I was worried but at 4:30 my moving crew showed up. The crew was great and did apologized for their delay and got right to work. They were a great crew and moved my stuff in a professional manner and in the time I was told. I understand delays do happen but you did keep me informed. Thank you A & B Movers for a job well done!
