They make their own meats that they put through the slicer to put into your sandwich, thus it being soft and juicy. Both their hot and cold sandwiches are amazing. I usually don't like roast beef, but their hot roast beef with sauerkraut is great. The pickles they serve with the sandwiches are great too. A bit sweet and sour but not in any overwhelming way. If you get stumped, ask them, and they'll recommend the type of cheese or whatever to put into your sandwich to make it perfect. They have a variety of German beers and some American. They're usually crowded because each staff takes time with you when it's your turn. So go early or avoid lunchtime and weekends. Pros: Fresh, authentic Cons: takes time for your turn
