I've come here a number of times, and I'm going to keep this simple. This is a great little place. I didn't expect it to have so few good reviews on here! I'm so confused! Anyways...\r

I've had nothing but good experiences here. The staff was all very very friendly and attentive, and the food consistently makes me full but not grossly full like most other places, due to high fat or carb content most likely. I'm very health conscious so I honestly wish there was a place like this closer to home for me, since I live in Coral Springs. Though it's not a big problem now that I work in Deerfield. \r

Anyways, this a great place that deserves a good reputation. The protein shakes are awesome BTW. They taste like light heavenly clouds.
