I have a 10 month old little boy, so when I woke up at 11pm freezing cold in my house because my furnace was out, I called Deans. A REAL employee answered the phone and was able to send a technician out. I was a little worried because she wasn't able to quote a price over the phone, but then I though - do you call your mechanic and say your car wont start - how much to fix?? nope, how do you expect a heating person to do that - I would rather have no quote, then have them make up a number with no intention of sticking with it. The heating guy came out and was able to get my furnace up and running that night, he left me with a comparison of what a new furnace would cost compaired to the 20yr old dinosaur we had. We thought about it for a couple days and then decided it would be cost efficient to upgrade, we called Deans and was able to get on the schedule for the next day to have the new furnace installed. The installation went smooth and everything has been running great.
