Just like the many of the reviewers on this site, I bought the Living Social Deal several months ago. I followed the instructions as placed with the deal and called the number to make my appointment and was immediatly sent to a messaging service. I left my name and number and voucher number expecting a call back that day or at least the next day. Receiving no response I called and left another message, then two days later, another. After 2 weeks of this, I looked up their website and sent two emails explaining the situation in basic terms without spending any time describing how their service is so unprofessional. How they will get any future service with anyone...well if you read this site and still decide to attempt to use this company...Good luck! I'm glad I didn't actually get through now reading the other problems people had with cancellations and added fees. \r \r On the flip side, Living Social was extremely helpful and professional when I called and within 2 minutes had a full refund and apology. The rep said they have had multiple issues with Jolivette and are investigating further. Other sites have stated they have been reported to the BBB as a scam and are being investigated as well. As to the accuracy of this claim I cannot say...
