Well do not be fooled by the first review.Yes, the rent is cheap , but you'll pay for the difference.No security gate in use,they have only a ""security guard"" that patrols on a golf cart two apartment complexes.I saw people robbed.You will see police almost every day there because of the crime.But they don't care too much because it's Norcross and they think you are a trash since you live in that apartment complex.Two fires this year,one in spring with one child dead in the fire.The buildings are pretty old and not updated just patched .And of course the management does not care as long as you pay the rent .There is only one swimming pool in use from those two,the tennis court is trashed and dirty.I do not recommend this apartment complex at all!!!!!
Pros: Cheap rent
Cons: No security gate in use, crime is high in the complex
