From the moment I begin walking through the dealership Jim welcomed me with a smile. Being a bit younger than most BMW owners I was not sure how much time and attention I would receive. Jim told me everything I ever wanted to know about BMW’s and made sure the Sales Manager met me before my departure. The following evening I decided to purchase, and even though Jim was scheduled to leave at 4 that afternoon he stayed with me throughout the entire sales process. He then walked me through some of the bells and whistles of the vehicle until roughly 10PM! I would recommend Jim and the entire staff at Ferman BMW to anyone interested in making a purchase.\r
