Excellent experience from all personnel involved especially my sales agent Jon Crapper. This is my 7th BMW I have purchased from and Jon dating back to 1992. From the general manager to the finance manager Rob to service personnel Dennis Dailey, Jon has a team at Ferman that makes the entire process flawless. I have recommended Ferman & Jon to my friends and family wihich had the same excellent service and sales.
