Review content:
Called to get my 5lb pup groomed on a sunday and they said they could immediately take me in an hour. The lady i spoke to on the phone was super nice and quoted me between $18 and $25 which sounded great to me. I drop my dog off and the lady taking my dog wasnt very friendly she just took my dog from me and didnt even greet it or be friendly to it. They call me to pick up my dog later and ask me what my dogs name was when she came in with a collar that clearly stated her name. Who asks a client that?! So when I get there she gives me back my dog and says $30 dollars please. Um $30 for a tiny little dog with no mats, no heavy coat, not everything I asked for done even though i only said sanitary shave and clean up the ears, the easiest dog to groom AND you ask me her name?! I dont think so. What happened to the nice lady I spoke to on the phone? Im sticking to Petsmart in Westlake they do a great job.
