Review content:
I've tried a lot of things before, but the thing I like about this place is they don't seem to be stuck on the technical side of things. Most places I've been to, the postures or technicalities seem to be the main focus. Here although they have a system and techniques, it seems like you can adjust it to your condition without worrying about ""am I doing it wrong"" or what not. They emphasize that the most important thing is feeling your body, not trying to stick yourself into some posture. I was impressed with how much personal attention you get as well. I heard people say it's very expensive, but it's similar to other yoga places I've been to. It's may not be the traditional Indian yoga you're expecting, but I personally like it much better.
Pros: atmosphere, staff, program
Cons: they need to open a center in Florida where my friend lives
