I usually never review businesses. Occasionally I will contact a business because I had a very good experience. I hardly ever complain! I have never created a profile to review a business, but I really do not want someone to spend their hard earned money for a haircut from this place. Do not waste your time with this business. The hair stylist I encountered was very cold and rude. All of the stylists SEEMED this way. He also could not speak English very well. I told him I wanted some highlights and some lowlights, as well as a trim. He seemed really confused and insecure about doing my hair. He first picked up some of my hair and said, ""What am I supposed to do with this?"" He did not even want to do my hair. He tried to discourage me by saying it would cost $80, which I thought was a really good deal. Then he changed the price to $120. Then he went away to talk to a woman who seemed like the boss, and came back and said it would cost $140. Which I also did not think was unreasonable for what I wanted, but he said, ""Only highlight."" Either he was not competent in dying my hair, or there was a serious language barrier. I do not think this business is equipped to handle coloring hair. I realize this is a Fantastic Sams. I usually go to an awesome stylist, but I needed a touch up right away. I did not want this person who seemed uncomfortable and rude to do an awful job which would cost more in the long run. So they lost my business. MAYBE a quick haircut from this place would be alright, but not color! Sorry this review was so long. I am not a journalist or a professional reviewer. I cannot believe this place has business. As I said, I am pretty easy to please.
