This restaurant cooks the food, just like Ray Salis Sr (now deceased) began this business in the old Parkway Bowling Lanes restaurant in Tallahassee. I've not found a Lindy's that doesn't follow Ray's original recipes--from the fried chicken to the REAL Chick-Fillet sandwich.
I was a regular (check-writing) customer here from the time this store was opened until the owner decided he wanted my social security number to write a check there. The business instantly lost a faithful customer. Now I go to a Lindy's in Tallahassee before I head home.
