I personally will never go to this shop again. Not only are they trying to sell you products you do not need (they changed my wipers in May, and when I came for an oil change in November, they were trying to change them once again), but the women at the front desk, who is apparently the owner of the place, is extremely obnoxious and nasty. If you would like to change your positive mood for the day along with your oil, Oil Star is the place to go!
