Review content:
I recently decided to take a trip to a popular restaurant, which I have heard a lot about over the past few months. It is a nice little restaurant that specializes in Greek and vegetarian foods. However, I heard many great things about the chicken quesadilla from multiple people so I decided I would try that. When you think of a quesadilla, you probably think of a circular tortilla folded in half and filled with a light layer of cheese. But, that is not the case with Pita Jungle’s chicken quesadilla. I went in on a Friday night expecting to get a thin, cheese sprinkled tortilla possibly with some diced tomatoes and small pieces of chicken thrown in. The meal that I received was quite the contrary to what I expected though. The quesadilla I was looking at on my plate was larger and more mouth watering than any I had seen before. What I noticed first was the thickness. It was easily half of an inch thick with chicken, layers of cheese, and spinach overflowing out of the sides. The mozzarella, cheddar, and feta cheeses were tastfully melted together in between a warm crsipy pita. Thick pieces of perfectly grilled chicken that were just tender and juicy enough tasted amazing mixed with the cheeses. Every bite I took had huge chunks of chicken and tons of warm cheese. The spinach leaves were a great final touch that tied everything else together wonderfully. The crispy pita was the most unique part of this masterpiece, because I have never seen that used for a quesadilla. Pita Jungle did a great job when creating this meal. It was probably one of the best dining experiences that I have ever had, and I would recommend this meal to anyone who wants to be extremely full after enjoying the most flavorful quesadilla around.
