Review content:
I read the one review on Mr. Randolph on this website and was appalled. My experience with Mr. Randolph and his staff was completely different than that of the ""strange experience"" Ms. Jacoy wrote about. Mr. Randolph went above and beyond to help me through one of the most difficult times in my life. He would send me emails and call me just to check to see how I was doing. He and his staff were very professional throughout the long, difficult process. They were all very caring and concerned about me, and I just felt like part of the family when I walked in the office. The secretary that Ms. Jacoy tries to embarrass in her review, is one of the highlights of the office. She would always try to make me laugh when I wanted to cry, and was a big help to me. She went above and beyond what I would consider her normal duties. I assume from Ms. Jacoy's review that she did not retain Mr. Randolph as her attorney, so I'm not quite sure how she can honestly review him and his staff in the manner she did. I would and will recommend Mr. Randolph and his highly professional staff to anyone looking for the best divorce attorney in town. They helped me tremendously not only from a legal perspective, but also on a personal level. I appreciate them all more than they probably know.
