I am also appalled by Ms. Jacoy's review of Mr. Randolph on this website and must share my personal experience. Peyton Randolph and his entire staff helped me through one of the most trying times of my life. I was referred to him from a trusted attorney friend and felt comfortable from the very first phone call. He took the time to get to know me and my situation, to understand what was important to me, and to reassure me at every step along the way. He and his staff would often check on me, just to make sure I was doing ok. This made such a difference - when ongoing divorce/custody issues are so very emotional. I had every confidence they were looking out for me not only on a professional level in terms of my legal case - but they genuinely cared about me and my daughter. I never felt I was 'just a client' as has been my experience with other law offices. Just as kdlipscomb notes in the review above - I feel like part of the family. I completely disagree with Ms. Jacoy and take exception to her review. I spent countless hours over the course of several months with Mr. Randolph and his staff. They always conducted themselves in the most respectful manner and with the ultimate professionalism. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone wanting the best team representing their interests.
